Great gluten free pizza options. They are an AIC restaurant, so perfect place for someone with coeliac disease. They even offer a gluten free stuffed crust pizza which I had to have and it was lovely. Really nice pizza dough and at a really reasonable price.

One of the best places we ate in Milan. When they brought the rather large pizzas and salads we didn't expect to eat them all. Well, we did pleadantly, including the kids and left full. Nice atmosphere and good value for the money.

We came for a late lunch and tried several kinds of pizza. The taste was great — generously topped with ham and mozzarella — though the bottom was a bit overcooked and the knife we got was too dull, making it hard to cut. The staff were very friendly, but we have to take off a star for a wrongly calculated bill — we later noticed we were charged for an extra pizza by mistake. Apart from the tough crust and billing error, everything else was fine.

One of the best Pizza places in all of Italy!! The Annare pizza with the stuffed crust is absolutely delicious! Also my wife said their gluten free dough is really good too as she has to have it due to allergies so a win for both of us. Also the food comes out super fast once you order.

Milan isn’t Naples. Nobody’s confusing the fashion capital with the birthplace of pizza. But walk past the Colonne di San Lorenzo, and the smell of wood smoke, blistered dough, and tomatoes that taste like they were grown under an Italian sun instead of fluorescent supermarket lights… that tells you you’re in the right place. Pizzeria Positano isn’t here to reinvent the wheel. No foams, no gold leaf, no culinary duck measuring contest. Just pizza dough, tomato, cheese, heat. The way it’s supposed to be. Gluten free, too, if you’re that poor bastard who had to give up bread. And you know what? The crust still has soul, still has that char that whispers: you’re alive, and this is worth living for. The pies come out with leopard spots on the crust, molten pools of mozzarella stretching into oblivion with every bite. It’s messy, it’s primal, it’s goddamn beautiful. This isn’t about counting calories or Instagramming your way to relevance. This is about sitting down, tearing into a pizza, and letting the world slip away for a while. And that’s the thing about a place like this it doesn’t need to be the best in the world. It just needs to be honest. And here, honesty tastes like San Marzano tomatoes, fresh basil, and a crust that could hold its own in Naples. If you’re lucky, the city noise fades, the tourists disappear, and for a moment, it’s just you, your pie, and a cold beer. That’s Milan worth remembering.

Ragazzi! This is not just pizza, this is poetry. Finally, a gluten-free pizza that doesn't come as a pre-made base from Schär. The dough is unbelievably good - you don't even need the toppings, the crust itself is enough. This is truly the best pizza in the world. The extra charge for the gluten-free version is only €1, which was such a pleasant surprise. They also have an incredible variety of pizzas with creative options. A must-try for every celiac and even for those who eat gluten without issues.
